This website has been established to provide general information regarding the proposed settlement (“Settlement”) of the above-captioned action (the "Action"), which was brought in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (the “Court”) by a Tesla stockholder on behalf of Tesla for the benefit of Tesla pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 23.1. Capitalized terms used on this website and not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Stipulation and Agreement of Compromise and Settlement Between Plaintiff and Settling Defendants, dated July 14, 2023 (“Stipulation”).
